The sister of "Liliputbahn im Prater"

was the exhibition train of the International Garden Exposition opened in 1964, and charmes with the beauty of its route. The Donauparkbahn is reached by car (parking space Donauturm, alternatively at Arbeiterstrandbadstraße), or after a 5-minute walk from the subway station "Alte Donau" (U1) to the stop "Rosenschau" of the Donauparkbahn.

Operating Hours as for the Prater-season:

Daily from 10 am until 7 pm, depending on weather and season

Standard rates

Round-trip adults: 4,00 €
Round-trip children: 2,50 €
Section (2 stops): 2,20 € apiece.

Group rates

Adults (effective from 15 persons): 3,50 € apiece.

Kindergarten-Groups:

1,80 € apiece. For every 10 children one chaperon will ride free of charge.
